Without Others

I have no words that can please me. That when read will animate my voice or vision. The need to pursue a photograph neither defines me or answers the questions that the the camera asks. This is the confusion that I feel within, the confusion that I see in the world about me. Sometimes there is an understanding between me and the world, when it suddenly reveals itself, as I feel it. This is the purpose of my search. When the world reveals itself, for a moment, a whisper. When I am witness to it, there is a bond with eternity with life itself. Through the gift of a picture I momentarily understand.

My work is about moments, emotion, solitude it is always an abstract to what I feel, a narrative that I am trying to both embrace and escape.
These images are the centre of my work in 2013 and are part of the series entitled ‘Without others’
